Life Skills 4 Kids (us, we or our) are the hosts of the podcast Life Skills 4 Kids Podcast.

In agreeing to be a guest on our Podcast, you, as the podcast Guest, hereby consent and grant to us the right to:

• (1) Record, use, publish, live stream, reproduce, offer for sale or otherwise distribute any audio or video interview with you;
• (2) The use of your name, recorded audio or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information or any information or material provided by you to us during, before or after the Podcast.

Acknowledgments

You acknowledge and agree that:

• (1) we may, at our sole discretion, produce presentations, publications and otherwise market or advertise the Podcast based in whole or in part on your interview and any audio or video recordings of your interview;
• (2) The use of your name, likeness and voice recordings will primarily be used for the purposes of commercial use, education and/ or promotion by us;
• (3) No royalty, appearance fee or other compensation is payable to you regardless of whether we have podcast sponsorship or have otherwise monetised the Podcast;
• (4) Any reference to “us”, “we” or “our” includes a reference to our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, contractors and successors.

Waiver and Release

You waive all right of content approval and acknowledge that we have the right to edit or transcribe your interview for the Podcast. You agree to release us from all claims (including without limitation claims of defamation) for compensation and liability arising from or in connection with:

• (1) The use of your name, likeness and voice, including any audio or video recording provided by you for the Podcast; and
• (2) The programming, making, producing, reproducing, processing, distributing, publishing or any other means of transmitting the audio or video recording and interview content you provided.

Warranties

You warrant that you have the right to enter into this release and grant us the rights contained in this release and that you have not violated the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third parties (Warranty). In the event of a breach of the Warranty you indemnify us harmless against any such claims.
