Deb Hopper is an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with 25 years of working with children and adults. She focuses on:

- Transition programs from primary to high school and high school to post-school options

Deb is passionate about how sensory-driven behaviours are often misunderstood as negative behaviours. She enjoys customising sessions to meet each individual’s unique needs. Deb also presents workshops and supervises occupational therapists nationally, sharing her vast knowledge and experience.
Deb works with children from babies to those transitioning from high school to adulthood, and she loves working with adults who have sensory processing differences. Her dedication to understanding and supporting sensory needs makes her a valuable asset to her clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (OT), and Masters of Health Science (OT), and is a course junky, regularly extending her skills.

Nycolle has a nurturing personality and extensive experience helping children from birth to eighteen years old. She brings both personal and professional expertise in the following areas:

Nycolle believes that all children are unique and require different nurturing methods. She enjoys tailoring sessions to accommodate each child, helping them build and achieve the skill set needed for everyday activities.

Nycolle holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and Counseling and is currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work. As a mother of three adult children and a Grandma (Gigi), she has a deep understanding of the full journey of parenthood and how to support children regardless of their challenges or life stage.

Alison Knights is Life Skills 4 Kids’ Allied Health / OT Assistant.
Alison has a special interest in early childhood development, particularly for children who experience developmental challenges and special needs.
Alison utilises evidence-based practices and a child-centered approach to support each child’s unique journey. She is an advocate for inclusive education and early intervention, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to thrive in their learning and development.
Alison has 15 years experience working in childcare with a variety of ages and special needs children, and her Certificate in Child Care Studies.
Alison believes strongly in the power of collaboration between families, educators, and health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children. She has a wealth of experience and fresh and creative ideas, ready to adapt on the fly to meet your child’s needs right where they are.
